Our Three Missions
Refined Surgical Technique
Our plastic surgeon, certified by the Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, has refined his surgical techniques through more than 30 years of clinical experience.
We believe that excellent plastic surgery requires not only technical skill, but also a thorough understanding of anatomy, careful judgment, and respect for each patient’s individual features.
Safe and Proven Materials
Whenever possible, we prioritize the use of the patient’s own tissues. Silicone implants are also available when appropriate and upon request.
We do not use experimental materials or techniques whose long-term safety and effects have not been sufficiently established.
Our priority is not simply how a result looks immediately after surgery, but how safely and naturally it will remain with the patient over time.
Natural, Lasting Results
Our goal is to create results that are refined, balanced, and natural.
Even when a patient desires a more noticeable change, we carefully consider facial harmony, anatomy, and long-term stability. We do not pursue dramatic results at the expense of safety or natural appearance.
At Ginza Sumire no Hana Clinic, we believe that the finest result is one that does not look “operated on,” but instead feels naturally at home on the patient’s face.
A Message from Our Director
Plastic surgeons have a unique responsibility.
Some people live for many years with concerns about features they were born with. Others are left with changes or scars following an unexpected accident, injury, or previous surgery. When these concerns become a source of deep distress, plastic surgery can offer an opportunity to move forward.
A profound concern about one’s appearance can affect far more than the mirror. It may influence confidence, behavior, relationships, and the willingness to take on new challenges. In some cases, the more a person focuses on a perceived flaw, the more their confidence diminishes.
I believe one of the roles of plastic surgery is to help break this cycle.
When performed thoughtfully and responsibly, plastic surgery can help patients regain confidence and approach their lives with a more positive outlook. Our purpose is not to create an entirely different person, but to help each patient feel more comfortable and confident as themselves.
People come to our clinic from many different backgrounds and for many different reasons. We never forget that the decisions made in our consultation room and operating room can have a lasting impact on a person’s life.
For this reason, we approach every consultation and every operation with great care.
At Ginza Sumire no Hana Clinic, we pursue precise surgical techniques and natural-looking results. Rather than creating features that appear artificial or obviously surgical, we aim for outcomes that harmonize with the patient’s original anatomy—as though they had always belonged to that person.
Our hope is that surgery can open new possibilities for our patients, allowing them to live with greater confidence and move forward in their lives.
The word Sumire in our clinic’s name means “violet” in Japanese. In the Japanese language of flowers, the violet represents modesty, sincerity, and kindness.
These qualities also reflect the values we believe medicine should uphold.
We place great importance on results that remain safe and satisfactory over the long term. For that reason, we do not perform excessively aggressive procedures, take experimental shortcuts, or use techniques that we believe are anatomically unsound—even when such procedures are specifically requested.
Humility in medicine. Sincerity toward every patient.
These principles form the foundation of our clinic.
For patients seeking the precision, safety, and attentive care associated with Japanese medicine, Ginza Sumire no Hana Clinic offers advanced surgical expertise together with the thoughtful hospitality that is deeply rooted in Japanese culture.
We look forward to welcoming you to our clinic.

Revision Rhinoplasty
Revision rhinoplasty is one of the areas in which our clinic has extensive experience.
We regularly see patients seeking correction after previous rhinoplasty procedures performed in Japan, Korea, China, and other countries.
Before recommending surgery, we carefully evaluate the current condition of the nose through consultation, photographic assessment, and examination. We then identify the underlying anatomical issues and propose an appropriate revision plan for each individual patient.
Our aim is not simply to alter the appearance of the nose, but to restore balance, structural stability, and a natural appearance whenever possible.
Primary Rhinoplasty
For patients undergoing rhinoplasty for the first time, we offer a range of procedures tailored to individual anatomy and aesthetic goals, including:
- Nasal augmentation
- Tip refinement
- Septal extension
- Alar reduction
Rather than applying the same design to every patient, we carefully consider the relationship between the nose and the rest of the face to achieve a balanced and natural result.
